Lithography Process Engineer

Job Summary                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          As a Lithography Process Engineer, you must have proven experience in semiconductor or MEMS photolithography process development and sustaining engineering                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Key Responsibilities                                                                                                                                              

• Install, start-up, qualify, and sustain equipment and processesfor photoresist coat, bake, lithography, develop, and resist removal for nonvolatile memory workflow 
• Develop inline metrology to monitoe and continuously improve process capability, cycle time, yield,, cost, productivity and quality
• Modify or develop new processes to meet changing requirements for minimum feature size, film materials, etch chemistries, and substrate sizes
• Implement and enhance manufacturing systems such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and process and equipment diagnostic tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve process excursions and equipment problems
• Prepare and maintain specifications for module operation and maintenance procedures
• Train and certify other engineers and process technicians                                                                                              

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Minium Requirements  

• BS  or MS in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
• 5+ years experience developing and/or sustaining semiconductor or MEMS photolithography processes
• Experience using statistical methods such as statistical process control, design of experiments, process matching, and metrology capability analysis
• Knowledge and experience in nanoimprint lithography a plus Lithography, photoresist
• Demonstrated ability to apply quality improvement and structured problem solving methodologies
• Ablilty to collaborate with others and with minimal supervision
