Wet Workflow Systems
Our Tempus systems for wet processing workflows consist of tools designed to apply our HPC methodology to innovate new formulations that meet critical processing challenges for front-end-of-line (FEOL) and back-end-of-line (BEOL) applications. Applications for Intermolecular's wet workflows include cleans, surface preparations, wet etch and strip, self-assembly processes and electroless deposition.
ALD and PVD Workflow Systems

HPC Informatics
Our Tempus Informatics proprietary software collects, manages and analyzes data generated by our hardware systems and provides close integration with most metrology and test systems so that physical and electrical test results can be quickly assessed. This enables efficient, automated and integrated process control, data correlation and the rapid reporting of results.
HPC Test Chips
Because Intermolecular focuses on the integration of new materials into advanced devices, we have made considerable investments in proprietary test chip design and parametric test hardware to allow for optimization and seamless integration.
